ITS PANCAKE DAY!!!!!!
Firstly, please excuse this picture, I have no make-up on and just finished the gym!
Anyways, we all love a good pancake right ladies? So I wanted to make a special blog post about how to make healthy pancakes using protein, using either Mini:Whey or even Mini:Shake protein. See my recipe
Banana protein pancakes:
1/4 cup of unsweetened coconut flakes
1-2 scoops of mini:whey or vanilla protein (1 or 2 mini:shakes)
6 whole eggs, 2 egg whites
1 whole banana
Cinnamon if you want to...I like it
Sugar free maple syrup on top (optional!)
Preheat pan up to around 300 degrees...(really hot basically)
Mix eggs, 1/4 coconut flakes, 1/2 banana and then melt coconut in a
microwave and add your mini:shake vanilla protein powder.
Pour into pan and cook for afew mins either side. Then once all
pancakes are made, slice up remaining banana, place on top and drizzle
with maple syrup. (Zero calorie syrup if possible)
