Mini V Cardio Blast - lasts a total of 50 minutes.
Summer is just around the corner and so I want to help everyone get in shape and feeling confident for summer with my, at home, Mini V Pre-Summer Cardio Blast!!!
Before starting, take 2 Mini:Burn tablets to help give you lots of energy for this routine!
Before starting mini V cardio blast please perform a 5 -10 minute warm up. This could be marching on the spot/walking up and down the stairs/single step to the side and back again. Please perform a short stretch as part of warm up.
10 star jumps
10 press ups
10 knee lifts (jumping is optional)
10 heel digs (jumping is optional)
Repeat this sequence for 10 minutes
4 walks forward 4 hamstring curls on the spot. 4 walks back repeat 4 hamstring curls. Repeat 9 more times
10 seconds of fast running on the spot. Make sure knees are bent and back is straight.
10 lunges backwards (jumping optional)
10 sit ups
Repeat sequence for 10 minutes
For further 10 minutes add routine 1 and 2 together.
Please perform a cool down after your mini V cardio blast. Take your movement down to a march on the spot so you do not stop suddenly. Single step side to side. Take 5 minutes to bring your heart rate back to normal. Perform a slow stretch to finish off your mini v cardio blast.
Please wear appropriate clothing and shoes when exercising and drink plenty of water.
