So a lot of you on Twitter and Facebook are asking me about the best way to start your new diet and fitness regime's and the best way to start your Mini V and which products you should use first! This depends on your scenario. See below.
Scenario 1: Losing weight
If you need to simply lose weight then the best package for you is to buy the Mini:Burn & Mini:Detox along with the Mini:Shake and/or the Mini:Bars. The Mini:Burn will help you with fast weight loss by speeding up metabolism and giving you the energy you need to hit the gym and do more! The Mini:Shakes can be used as healthy snacks in-between meals and also before or after the gym as meal replacements, but please note you still need to eat proper food and shouldn't cut out foods completely. Scenario 2: Already fit & want to tone?
You are already at a good weight and happy but you want to tone up but don't want to look too muscular?
