Hello my little Mini's!
Sorry it's been a while since my last blog, I have been filming for my new show Judge Geordie on MTV as well as trying to write my new books, it's been crazy busy, but i promise to be a bit more active with this from now on :))
Mini V has been running now since January 2015 and the response I get from people is amazing both online and face to face! It's also incredible to see people with transformations from using the range!
Introduction to Mini:Shake
One of our most popular products from the range is the Mini:Shake, so I thought I would create a blog post about it in more detail for you all!
Firstly, I created Mini:Shake because I personally am not a big fan of the massive protein tubs, to be honest they are a little scary arn't they ladies? So I wanted to create a protein shake that was easy and convenient to take in my handbag - it's all about the handbag ;)
No bigger than an innocent bottle, Mini:Shake comes pre-loaded with the protein already in the bottle, completely destroying the need for the massive tubs. All you do is add water, milk or almond milk to the mix, put the lid back on and shake! The diet whey isolate is also designed to have no lumps, so you won't get that horrible taste when you drink it.
The Mini:Shake is also lactose free and vegetarian friendly, high in protein and low in carbs and comes in 3 flavours: Chocolate, Strawberry and Vanilla! Chocolate is my favourite with skimmed milk!
When to use Mini:Shake?
Mini:Shake can be used in a variety of ways. Firstly it can be used for those terrible times when you need to snack and you really want chocolate or junk food but you know you shouldn't, so instead just have a Mini:Shake, the protein will also give you energy, making you more buzzed for your day!
If you are active in working out, you should also use the shake after the gym, to help your body consume more protein to help re-build muscle, again it can also be used as a slight snack before having a nice meal.
I hope you have enjoyed this little blog post Mini's and if you have any questions just tweet me at @vickygshore and @minivnutrition
