Hello all my little mini's!
So after a hectic few months filming my new show #JudgeGeordie on MTV, i've now finally got the time to focus on my fitness and health! One thing I love to make is smoothies and my favourite is blueberry pie using my own Mini:Shake Vanilla protein. Follow the ingredients below and this can be used as a nice healthy snack or breakfast!
- 75g blueberries (frozen if you prefer) 43kcal
- 1 small banana (frozen if you prefer) 100kcal
- 1 cup ice
- 100ml any milk (I recommend unsweetened almond milk) 13kcal

This will get you 1 or 2 servings of smoothie.
Whack it all in a nutribullet, blender or food processor until smooth and serve over ice!
