One of my favourite dishes to make is an easy chicken stir fry. Chicken is obviously a very healthy source of protein for the body, so here is my little recipe for you to make at home..
Mangetout 150g Raw (12cal)
French Green Beans - Boiled (17cal)
Wholefoods Seed Mix (56cal)
Raw Red Onion (17cal)
Roast Chicken Breasts (281cal)
Coconut Oil (38cal)
- Chop all ingredients finely.
- Brown chicken in a wok or frying pan
- add vegetables and season with fresh chills, lime juice and black pepper.
Serve and enjoy my little mini's!
